For our IRC and TeamSpeak services:

IRC channels (#public, #lounge, #staff) are logged for moderation purposes, and we reserve the right to review these logs
Direct user-to-user communications (via IRC queries or TeamSpeak private channels) have zero logging
TeamSpeak voice channels have minimal connection logs but do not store any data about your voice conversations
